THIS IS IT!!!!!!!

We're on our way to Raleigh, NC!!! Our birthmother is officialy in labor now.

We got a call from Sara this morning at around 11:00 am. We scrambled to get ready and arrange travel. We tried to book flights out of San Diego, but there were none to be found. There aren't many flights leaving for the East Coast after 1:00 pm, and they were all already overbooked. We actually went to the airport hoping to find a way, but no luck. We spoke to agents at nearly every ticket counter! The people were so nice. A woman name Elaine from American Airlines tried really hard, and almost had us a flight through Dallas that would have arrived in Raleigh at midnight, but at the last minute that flight got delayed and we would have missed the connection. Then a great guy from Continentnal found us an overnight flight out of LA. So, now we're sitting in the LA airport, waiting for our flight. We'll arrive in Raleigh tomorrow morning at 10:30 am.

Anyways, enough about travel trouble... you all want to know about where the baby's at. We spoke with Sara recently, and she is doing great. They broke her water a few hours ago, she's had her epidural, and she's now 5 cm dilated. As much as we'd like to be present for the baby's birth, we're hoping she has a quick delivery!
