Is this it........or is it a false alarm?!?

I just received a call from our birthmom.......she has been having regular consistent and painful contractions and back pain for the past 4 hours. She is on her way to see the doctor as I write this. Oh my gosh..........I am freaking out!! It could be false labor............but then maybe not, maybe this is it?!?
